Responsibilities Import & Export Operations Coordinate all import shipments from order placement to final delivery. Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure timely clearance. Ensure full compliance with KRA Customs (iCMS), KEBS, PVOC, Port Health, KEPHIS, and all regulatory bodies. Track shipments and provide updated ETAs to relevant departments. Doc
