Requirements: Fully qualified ACCA member (FCCA) with strong technical grounding in accounting principles Proven hands-on experience in accounting, audit or finance roles, with exposure to real-world business scenarios Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor and engage diverse learners effectively (both physical and online settings) Strong grasp of the ACCA syllabus, including Ethics and Professional Skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts Subject specialization in Applied Knowledge, Applied Skills or Strategic Professional levels (Taxation, Audit, Financial Management) Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
