The Account Manager is responsible for portfolio health, customer satisfaction, and loan utilization post-disbursement. The role supports KYC verification, documentation readiness before disbursement, and owns the full repayment and churn prevention mandate. Responsibilities Conduct pre-disbursement KYC visits to validate customer and business information. Ensure documentation completeness and seamless handover for disbursement. Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement post-disbursement. Drive repayment follow-up, arrears management, and collections discipline. Prevent churn by maintaining active customer engagement and early risk detection. Drive renewals, top-ups, and cross-sell opportunities across Avenews’ products. Track utilization, repayment trends, and customer behavior to inform interventions. Generate accurate reports on portfolio status, risks, and customer satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Agribusiness, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, credit operations, or SME financing. Strong understanding of credit processes and CBK regulatory expectations. Proven track record in relationship management and collections.
