Overall Purpose
- The selected candidate will provide support to the Finance Department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Income – Raising invoices for all clients, posting to the ledger, posting all bank receipts, and following up on all collections
- Treasury Management – Managing funds to ensure any excess funds are invested, preparing the investment memo, taking instructions to bank for placement, tracking deposits for maturity and reinvestments
- Preparing monthly reconciliations – for income, bank, investments
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications and Desired Skills
- CPA (K)
- 2-3yrs experience as an Accountant dealing with accounts receivable cycle, debtors follow up, monthly ledger reconciliations andinvestments
