Job Purpose To provide assistance to the procurement officer on strategic leadership in development, implementation and review of policies, procedures, frameworks, strategies, plans, legislations, standards and regulations on procurement management and Administration. Reports to Accountant Job Specification For appointment to this position, an applicant must have: Diploma/Certificate in Accountancy of finance or its equivalent from a recognized technical institution; Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) mean grade D+ or recognized equivalent qualification with at least a D in either Mathematics, English or Kiswahili; Must be a person who can work with minimum supervision, high integrity, possesses good interpersonal and communication skill; Certificate of good conduct. Should have computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office Excell or ERP
