Accounts Clerk – Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and book-keeping Process invoices, payments, and receipts (AP & AR) Manage petty cash and perform bank reconciliations Support inventory control and production cost tracking Prepare basic financial reports (daily/monthly) Ensure statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, NSSF, SHIF) Assist in audit preparation and documentation Use accounting systems and Excel for data management Requirements / Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA Qualification 1–2 years accounting experience (manufacturing preferred) Proficiency in Excel and accounting software Strong accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
