Qualifications, Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering 8-12 years of experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing Strong hands-on experience with Krones bottling lines (Combi Block C3 preferred) Proven expertise in automation systems, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills Experience in Kaizen, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives Strong project management and vendor coordination capabilities Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership & Reliability: Lead engineering operations across production lines, ensuring high equipment uptime through strong preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices. Automation & Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on expertise in automation, instrumentation, and electrical systems, with a strong focus on Krones bottling lines and complex troubleshooting. Operational Performance: Drive plant efficiency, reduce downtime (MTTR), improve reliability (MTBF), and identify bottlenecks to enhance overall throughput and reduce wastage. Continuous Improvement & Analysis: Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive initiatives such as Kaizen, digitalization, and process optimization. Project & Vendor Management: Manage engineering projects including expansions and upgrades, oversee spares and vendor relationships, and ensure timely project execution.
