Job Responsibilities
- This role includes developing channel sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and building relationships with new and existing clients.
- The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of sales strategies, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster relationships with customers.
- Ultimately, the Bicycle Sales Representative should drive sales growth and increase our company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Age: 21 – 30 years
- Gender: Male
- Must own a smartphone
- Must know how to ride a bicycle confidently
- Strong sales drive and resilience
- Ability to work independently within assigned territory
Area of Deployment
- Each representative will be deployed to one estate within Eastlands, specifically: Umoja, Utawala, Syokimau, Athi River, Kitengela, Buruburu, Kariobangi, Kayole, and Komarocks.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Retainer: Ksh 10,000 – 15,000
- Commission: Ksh 30 per carton sold
- Contract Duration: 1 Year
