Job Description
- Provide technical expertise for medical simulation laboratories.
- Prepare simulation rooms, mannequins, and medical props.
- Operate mannequin software and program physiological responses.
- Apply realistic mock injuries and makeup to mannequins.
- Operate audio-visual recording equipment.
- Preventatively maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot mannequins and medical devices.
- Coordinate with equipment manufacturers for repairs.
- Guide learners on safe handling of simulators.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or Medical Technology.
- At least three years’ experience handling medical equipment or working in a clinical skills laboratory.
- Prior training or certification on medical equipment.
