Duties & Responsibilities Drive branch growth and profitability by developing and executing business development, sales, and market penetration strategies that support the achievement of organizational objectives. Provide leadership and oversight of branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, operational excellence, compliance with company policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio through prudent credit appraisal, effective risk management practices, and proactive management of delinquent and non-performing accounts. Champion exceptional customer experience by fostering strong customer relationships, resolving customer concerns promptly, and continuously improving service standards. Lead, develop, and motivate branch staff through coaching, performance management, talent development, and effective human resource administration to build a high-performing team. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compliance while promoting the organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives. Requirements & Qualification Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or any Business-related course A practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
