Kebarick Ventures is looking for a confident, commercially driven and highly proactive Business Development Officer to help grow our Business Consultancy, Healthcare and Digital Solutions portfolio.

This role is for someone who can spot opportunities, start meaningful conversations, build strong relationships and turn business needs into real commercial opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Prospect, engage and follow up potential clients
• Build and maintain strong corporate relationships
• Understand client challenges and match them with appropriate Kebarick solutions
• Present company services and solutions confidently to prospective clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and other business-development materials
• Manage leads and opportunities from first contact through to conversion
• Support client meetings, pitches, demonstrations and negotiations
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
• Conduct market research and identify emerging sectors, organisations and partnership opportunities
• Work closely with consulting, healthcare and technology teams to develop practical client solutions
• Support achievement of business-development and revenue-growth targets
