Roles and responsibilities
- Marketing the company’s products and services.
- Recruiting and registering new clients.
- Training, managing, and advising clients.
- Issuing loans, conducting loan appraisals, and ensuring the timely collection of repayments.
- Following up on loan defaults and overdue repayments.
- Preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in a business-related course.
- A minimum mean grade of C (plain) in KCSE, with at least a C (plain) in Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Motorcycle riding skills.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
