QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a telesales role preferably in a microfinance
- A diploma/degree from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, email, and experience with the Internet.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Familiarity with CRM system and practises
