Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industries, employers, and professional bodies. Coordinate internships, industrial attachments, apprenticeships, and job placements. Organize career guidance sessions, mentorship programs, and career fairs. Support trainees in CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace readiness. Maintain graduate and employer databases and conduct tracer studies. Prepare periodic reports on employability and placement outcomes. Strengthen alumni engagement and institutional visibility. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in career services, youth empowerment, TVET, or industry liaison. Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
