Core Responsibilities
- Define the startup’s unique value proposition and long-term strategic roadmap.
- Build agile operational frameworks, workflows, and technology stacks from scratch.
- Lead aggressive customer acquisition strategies to penetrate the .
- Capitalize on the sister firm's historical reputation to fast-track market trust.
- Collaborate with the sister firm’s leadership to unlock cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide regular strategic updates to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
- Foster a fast-paced, innovative startup culture centered on client advocacy.
- Implement performance-driven compensation structures and incentive models.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Minimum 8–10 years in insurance brokerage or healthcare leadership is a must.
- Proven experience launching a business unit, startup, or new division.
- Experience working within a group of companies or multi-entity structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare; MBA is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to build systems independently.
- Existing executive-level relationships with major health insurance carriers.
- Expert at shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Familiarity with modern CRM tools
