• KES 1,565,256- 2,236,080 Per Year.

Job Summary

• The Communication Officer will support the development and delivery of compelling, clear and consistent communications across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for a creative and organised communicator who can translate complex issues into engaging content for diverse global audiences.
• Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help ensure our voice is impactful, inclusive and aligned with organisational priorities.

ABOUT YOU:

• 3-5 years’ experience in communications, content, digital marketing or a related field
• Excellent written English and strong editing/proofreading skills
• Demonstrated ability to produce engaging content for multiple channels
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Interest in global issues and the not-for-profit sector
• Minimum undergraduate degree
• Experience working in or with not-for-profit or mission-driven organisations
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools and social media management tools
• Experience working with international or multicultural audiences
• Additional language skills
• Collaborative and comfortable working across teams and time zones
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality
