Role Description
- We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care & Photography Specialist. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, editing, maintaining our media library and providing excellent support to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Take high-quality photos and videos of our products, projects, events and customer experiences.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely, helpful and professional support ie, quotations.
- Assist the Marketing Department during events.
- Work with the Marketing & Sales to compile project details.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in photography and videography, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom,
- Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar.
- Someone who is proactive, reliable and results-driven.
