For appointment to this position the applicants Must: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized University. Possession of a Master's degree in Human Resource management is desirable Demonstrate substantial progress towards Certified Human Resource Professional IHRM membership is desirable Minimum of five (5) years' experience as an HR Generalist in a medium-sized or large organization or educational institution is required; experience in a private university will be an added advantage.
