Requirements for appointments For appointment to this grade, an officer must:- Be a holder of Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Business Administration/ Management, Public Administration or any other Social Science from a recognized university; Must have experience in revenue collection in public or private sectors for a minimum period of five (5) years; Demonstrated a thorough understanding of national goals, policies and development objectives and ability to align them to the County's mandate; Be conversant with the provisions of the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act; Membership to relevant Professional Body will be added advantage Certificate in Computer Application skills from a recognized institution Demonstrate Managerial, Administrative and Professional competence in work performance and results go to method of application »
