About this role
Requirements for appointment: Bachelor's degree in human resource/ Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Public/Business Administration, or other related qualifications from a recognized institution; Master's degree in human resource/ Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Public/Business Administration, or other related fields; Must have served in the grade of Deputy Director Human Resource management and Development for at least 3 years; Professional Certification in Leadership and Management Training and thorough knowledge in Job Evaluation Schemes At least 10 years professional experience in a relevant field, 5 years of which should be in a senior leadership position with demonstrated success in managing multi- disciplinary teams; Knowledge of the institutional and legal framework in Kenya, as well as of relevant Public Service transformation programmes; Should be a Certified Member of the Human Resource Management Professionals (CHRP-K); Should be a Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). go to method of application »
