Requirements Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a relevant subject(s) Teacher certification from an accredited university/college Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience Cultural proficiency and understanding of intercultural learning with teaching experience in a multicultural setting Competent in using educational technology, including Google Suite, and experience integrating technology Fluent English speaker with excellent writing and communication skills Solid understanding of pedagogy and instructional approaches aligned with ISK’s educational aims: Constructivism, conceptual inquiry, transdisciplinary Understanding by Design and Universal Design for Learning Workshop model (structure and philosophy) Inclusion Responsive Classrooms and Restorative Justice
