We are recruiting an Email Marketing Intern on behalf of a client based in Kikuyu, Kiambu County. Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply to support gender balance.
Location: Kikuyu, Kiambu County
Stipend: KES 14,000/month
Must reside in Kikuyu or nearby areas
Key Responsibilities
- Send outreach and promotional emails to prospective clients using provided contact lists
- Respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication where necessary
- Keep records of sent emails, responses, and client interactions
- Support the team in nurturing potential client relationships
- Ensure all communication reflects the company’s brand and professionalism
- Assist in organising and updating email databases and contact lists
- Work closely with the team to improve outreach effectiveness
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional email etiquette and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
- Must be willing to work full-time from the office.
