Job Description
- Supervise contract management for outsourced building contracts
- Review contractors’ and consultant’s interim payment applications.
- Prepare condition and inventory survey reports for building & fences
- Contracts.
- Prepare quotations for building and fences maintenance services
- Provide timely accurate reports
- Coordinate the collections of data for building design and engineering
- Investigation for periodic maintenance and construction work.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or its equivalent and relevant qualification form a recognized institution
- Registered by the engineers registration board of kenya (erb) as a graduate engineer
- A certificate in computer application skills
- Meets the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of kenya, 2010
