Duties and responsibilities Formulation and implementation of environmental management plans. Participating in environmental audits, implementation of the recommendations; implementing Resettlement Action plans. Maintaining a register on compliance to environmental legislation Updates on new environmental conservation developments Collecting scientific data and prepare reports relating to environmental conservation. Preparing conservation reports for the Environmental Management Agency as and when they are required. Participating in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) studies Inspecting waste generation and disposal. Adhering to the Corporate Occupational Health and Safety programs Participating in undertaking CDM auditing and calibration of monitoring equipment to ensure quality control and quality assurance of data used in the monitoring report Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Studies, Management, Meteorology, Environmental Conservation or Natural Resource Management or equivalent.
