REQUIREMENT: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Farm Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in farm operations management. Strong knowledge of crop and/or livestock production practices. Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and resource management. Ability to supervise and motivate farm staff. Good record-keeping, planning, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and farm management software is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
