KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and lead the F&B team, including training, scheduling and performance management.
- Ensure quality, presentation and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor inventory, control costs and minimize wastage.
- Develop and implement F&B policies. standard operating procedures and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, menu development and promotional activities.
