Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field
- CPA (K)/ACCA/CIMA (K) - Mandatory
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, planning and reporting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and management reports
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements in Kenya Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risk
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team Support strategic decision-making and business growth
