Salary Budget Gross: Ksh 28,541 Job Summary Our client is recruiting for a Finished Goods Stores Assistant who’ll be custodian of four finished goods chemical stores: Handles customer order processing, dispatch, loading, and stock replenishment from production. The role ensures accurate inventory control, safe handling of chemicals, and timely dispatch to customers or distribution teams. Key Duties & Responsibilities Finished Goods Handling Receive finished chemical products from production Inventory Management Maintain stock records (manual or ERP system) Storage & Safety Store chemicals according to safety standards (temperature, labeling, segregation) Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (Expiry-based) Issuing & Dispatch Issue finished goods based on approved requisitions/orders Documentation & Reporting Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and issue records Stock Control & Audits Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts & full inventory) Qualifications Diploma/Degree in: Supply Chain Management Logistics Industrial / Applied Chemistry (for chemical environments) Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems) Knowledge of warehouse operations go to method of application »
