• We are seeking to recruit a food science technician to join our exceptional team.

THE JOB

The Food Science Technician will support production operations and business development initiatives while ensuring products meet the required quality, food safety, and production standards.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support production activities to ensure efficient and consistent manufacturing processes.
• Assist in business development initiatives, including product improvement and new product development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Participate in research and development of new products and product enhancements.
• Work closely with the production team to achieve established production and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and quality activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications.

• A diploma in food production, food science or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON

We are offering the successful candidate a monthly salary of KES 35,000.
