In this role, you ensure a warm welcome, smooth operations, accurate administration, and a consistently high-touch guest experience. Tasks Oversee daily front office operations, including fast and accurate check-in/check-out. Maintain excellent lobby and shop standards at all times. Handle guest requests and complaints quickly and professionally. Plan staff shifts and coordinate team coverage. Ensure timely communication across departments. Keep all systems and records up to date Support occupancy optimization and strict adherence to approved rate/pricing structures. Supervise billing, reservations, and OTA updates to ensure consistency and accuracy. Requirements Experience: 3–5 years in Front Office, ideally in a 4–5 star safari camp or luxury lodge. Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (or equivalent). Systems & Admin: Strong PMS knowledge, reporting discipline, and inventory control experience. Leadership: Proven ability to lead a small team and make sound decisions independently. Guest Service: Confident with VIP/high-touch service and complaint resolution. Communication: Excellent spoken and written English Personality: Warm, authoritative, hands-on, and highly detail-oriented.
