About this role

About the Role Own the development and maintenance of user-facing digital products and internal dashboards. This developer will work closely with the UI/UX Designer and Backend Developer to deliver intuitive, responsive, and performant interfaces that improve staff productivity and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Staff-facing dashboards and internal portals Frontend component library and style guide Responsive public-facing web interfaces Integration testing and browser compatibility reports Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field 4+ years frontend development experience delivering production-grade applications 4+ years frontend development; React.js (Next.js) is non-negotiable 3+ years React.js (Next.js preferred) including component library development 2+ years TypeScript in a professional/production codebase TypeScript proficiency in a production environment – required Proven experience integrating with REST APIs and third-party platforms Demonstrated experience working from Figma/Adobe XD design handoffs Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards Portfolio of responsive, accessible, production-deployed web applications Nice to Have React/JavaScript certification (Meta, freeCodeCamp, or equivalent) Microsoft 365 Fundamentals advantageous D365 portal experience advantageous
