Qualifications
- Over 30 years of age, with at least 5 years of fruit drying experience, especially mango and banana.
- Food sector University graduate, with a certified degree.
- Demonstrable experience of handling professional and casual staff.
- Ability to plan, to keep records, to meet targets, to improve efficiency, to maintain high quality standards.
- Good knowledge of workings of industrial dehydrators and coldstores.
- Excellent references.
