KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Head of Engineering - Fiber Network Operations is responsible for leading the design, planning, optimization, deployment, and operational excellence of the company's fiber network infrastructure across East Africa. The role oversees engineering strategy and performance across TV platforms, access networks, IP networks, voice systems, transport networks, and network planning. functions to ensure high service availability, scalability, and customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 10+ years of progressive experience in telecom/network engineering. Minimum 5 years in senior leadership/management role overseeing multi-domain network operations. Strong experience in fiber network operations within ISP/Telecom/Pay-TV environments. Strong HFC and GPON experience. Proven regional/multi-country operational leadership experience preferred.
