Employment Information

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, training, performance management, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Assist with statutory HR compliance, including SHIF/NHIF, NSSF, and PAYE.
  • Support disciplinary and grievance administration.
  • Maintain corporate records, contracts, licenses, permits, leases, and insurance documentation.
  • Liaise with regulators, county authorities, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate CSR, community engagement, sponsorships, bursaries, and outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain conservancy lease records, landowner registers, agreements, and related documentation.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support across HR, corporate affairs, and field operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in HR, administration, compliance, CSR, or a related role in hospitality, tours & travel, camps or lodges
  • Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Experience working with community leaders, local authorities, or conservancies will be an added advantage.
