Job Description: Assist in facilitating the recruitment process, including scheduling and inviting candidates for interviews. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR correspondence. Support employee onboarding processes and ensure completion of required documentation. Assist in preparing casual staff payment schedules and maintaining accurate records. Maintain proper filing, organization, and updating of employee records and HR documents. Minimum Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Ms Excel. Good organizational and administrative skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
