Academic & Professional Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
