Mandatory Requirements

For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations or a related field from a recognized institution; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Economics, Sociology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce Plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development or a related field from a recognized Institution; and
• Proficiency in computer applications.
