Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support and manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews) Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Coordinate onboarding and staff training programs Support development and implementation of HR policies Handle employee relations and provide HR guidance Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Assist in performance management and appraisals Prepare HR reports and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field CHRP Finalist Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proficient in MS Office and HR systems Key Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
