Employment Information

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organisation’s HR strategy in line with business objectives. 
  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and succession planning. 
  • Drive performance management, KPIs, employee development, and leadership growth. 
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee reward programmes. 
  • Build a strong workplace culture and manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. 
  • Lead learning & development and organisational development initiatives. 
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. 
  • Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to executive management using HR data and analytics. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with management responsibility. 
  • Proven experience across talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and organisational development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HR systems. 
  • Professional HR certification such as CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent is an added advantage. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 
  • High levels of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
