Job Summary This will be the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. ICT Function This cadre is responsible for promoting, facilitating and managing information communication and technology to enhance service delivery of the Authority. Duties and Responsibilities will entail: Providing support in the use of ICT hardware and reporting any faults for further action; Providing user support and training of users; Repairing and maintaining ICT equipment and associated peripherals; Preparing maintenance and repair reports; Maintaining an up-to-date ICT equipment register and issuance register; and Configuring of new Information Communication Technology equipment. Job Specifications For appointment to this grade, the candidate must have: Diploma in any of the following disciplines: - Information Technology, Computer Technology, Business IT, ICT Project Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. go to method of application »
