Are you detail-oriented, analytical and experienced in inventory management? We're looking for a reliable Inventory Supervisor to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Review inventory reports for all shops and ensure inventory accuracy. Conduct physical inventory audits across all shop locations. Follow up on supplier Goods Received Note (GRN) approvals. Review and approve inter-shop inventory transfers. Monitor daily in-stock reports for all shops and address stock availability issues. Review and manage dead stock, recommending appropriate action where necessary. Perform supplier statement reconciliations and balance confirmations. Oversee daily receiving documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. Monitor and improve all inventory workflows to maintain efficient stock control. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management, preferably in a retail environment. Experience in electronics retail will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
