Role Overview This role is designed for an entry-level developer looking to specialize in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM). You will leverage C# and JavaScript to build robust solutions that enhance customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and actions using C# and .NET. Customize the D365 CE front-end using JavaScript and Web Resources. Support the configuration of entities, forms, views, and security roles. Assist in integrating D365 CE with third-party applications using APIs.
