Junior Engineer

Job Description: Perform and supervise regular as well as preventative maintenance of the machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions while coordinating repairs as needed. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Enforce and promote a culture of safety in the workplace. Keep the workplace clean Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for machine operators. Investigate and report accidents or incidents promptly, implementing corrective actions. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Report and update production metrics, equipment status, and any issues to the relevant parties. Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall plant efficiency and effectiveness. Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians. Motivate and support the team to achieve production goals and targets. Analyze and improve existing processes. Implement process control systems. Data Analysis and Reporting (Use data for decision-making and process enhancements.) Minimum Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
