Cooking Support: Assist senior chefs with cooking and recipe execution across our diverse cuisine lineup. Take direction well, execute consistently, and contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen line. Kitchen Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols without exception — every shift, every surface. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service. Communicate clearly, support your colleagues during high-volume periods, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. Operational Support: Assist with stock rotation, equipment care, and general kitchen operations to ensure a well-run kitchen that consistently delivers great food, on time, and to standard.
