Employment Information
Qualifications:
- LLB Degree from a recognized university in Kenya
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate
- Excellent understanding of Kenyan laws and legal procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
- 1-3 years of post-admission experience (preferably in a corporate, healthcare or law firm setup)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advisory to the organization
- Draft, review and vet contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Support in corporate secretarial and statutory compliances
- Maintain legal records and documentation
