What you’ll do
- Implement and monitor security policies, controls and risk mitigation measures
- Run premises patrols, security checks and audits, and coordinate external security providers
- Respond to incidents, investigate cases and report theft, loss, damage or safety concerns
- Lead security inductions, awareness training and emergency drills
- Work alongside the ESG & Compliance Officer and the Health and Safety Committee.
What you bring
- Site or industrial security experience, including incident reporting and risk assessment
- Knowledge of physical security, emergency response, access control and monitoring systems
- Strong report-writing, investigation and problem-solving skills
