Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of the Centre’s facilities, with a primary focus on electrical and plumbing systems, to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical and plumbing systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Conduct preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment, and utilities. Monitor water and power systems to ensure efficient operation. Maintain maintenance records and report identified faults. Support renovation, repair, and improvement projects as assigned. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Qualifications Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, Plumbing, Building Services, or another related technical field from a recognized institution. At least three-years experience of practical maintenance experience in a hotel, institution, commercial facility, or similar environment. Relevant trade certification and/or valid electrical licensing where applicable. Demonstrated competence in both electrical and plumbing works.
