What You Will Do Own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital & offline) Drive lead generation and conversion across lending and fintech products Manage and grow social media channels & digital presence Create compelling content (ads, posters, campaigns, online) Track campaign performance for ROI. Run field activations, partnerships Support sales teams to turn leads into customers Qualifications Bachelor degree in marketing, Business or related field 5 years experience (fintech/financial services is a big plus) Strong digital skills: social media, SEO, Analytics, CRM tools Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills Creative thinker with strong execution ability
