Job Summary The Motorized Technical Representative (MTR) executes customer maintenance and replenishment tasks using a company-assigned motorbike. The MTR is responsible for both mobility and task execution, ensuring high productivity, SLA adherence, fleet discipline, and professional customer interaction. Job Details Task Execution & Productivity Execute tasks strictly according to engine priority. Protect Day 0–3 customers from running out. Maintain high daily productivity. Close assigned tickets within tight SLAs. Minimize reschedules and unreachable outcomes. 2. Route Efficiency Plan efficient daily routes using customer location details. Minimize unnecessary travel and idle time. Optimize task sequencing within assigned sector. Customer Service & Professional Conduct Provide courteous, respectful service. Wear full branded company attire. Maintain professionalism at all times. Data Accuracy & Account Integrity Update inaccurate location or customer details. Ensure correct account-to-asset linkage. Follow repossession processes strictly. Fleet & Riding Discipline Hold valid riding license at all times. Ride responsibly and safely. Avoid at-fault accidents. Conduct daily pre-ride safety checks. Ensure timely servicing of assigned bike. Avoid unnecessary fuel consumption. Inventory Accountability Account for all assets issued. Prevent loss or damage. Return unused items properly. Escalation & Field Reporting Report safety risks, tampering, or anomalies. Escalate systemic or recurring issues promptly.
