Requirements for Appointment For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:- Diploma, Nursing from a recognized institution. Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya. Valid practicing license. Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience Sound knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care standards, and infection prevention practices. Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical record systems are an added advantage.
